Camel Trekking: One of the most popular activities in Merzouga is a camel trek into the middle of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Visit Rissani: Discover the nearby town of Rissani, known for its traditional market (souk) that is more lively on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, in addition to historical sites such as the Ksar Ouled Soultane and the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif which is the founder of the current Moroccan dynasty, the Alaouite.
